I am an experienced scientist with over 10 years of experience in advancing our understanding of chronic kidney diseases, metabolic disorders, and developing innovative therapeutic approaches. My professional journey began with a PhD in Biotechnology from IIT Kharagpur, India where I specialized in bioactive peptides and cancer biology research.

Currently I am serving as a Chief Scientific Advisor, Kyntox Biotech Pvt. Ltd. Bengaluru, India. Previously, I worked as a Senior Scientist at Novo Nordisk A/S in Denmark and focused on cutting-edge research in target discovery and validation, functional assays, developing platform technologies related to kidney disease. My research work bridges the gap between fundamental research and clinical applications, with a particular emphasis on identification and validation of novel therapeutic targets for drug development.

With 14+ peer-reviewed publications and several national and international awards, I am passionate about teaching and mentoring young scientists contributing to scientific innovation in biological sciences and medical research.
